1) before i first bought from you, i asked what's the minimum order, you told me it's ten at least.
Yet i see two cases (or more) where buyers bought just five.
If i could buy five only, i would do so, to try out more before commiting to buying in dozens, or even hundreds
So i bought ten from you, out of the first six i tried logging into my MP, four failed, only two survived.
I have four left which i didn't even bother trying.
understandably, the problem could be due to the proxies i used (which i rested more than a week). Maybe it's something to do with the qualities of your account, maybe it;s not. But i am upset that you told me i have to buy at least ten, when you are selling others five.

2) i asked you about exchange policy within a certain time limit.
Some sellers offer a 48-hour exchange time (if an account fails), i mentioned that to you, you replied that you don't offer any exchange within any grace time.
i respected your policy and stopped at that.
Yet now you are openly saying you offer a refund?
