I see many people asking how to move Mass Planner to another computer. They either got a more powerful one, are switching from the free amazon VPS to a better, paid one, or just upgraded their computers. Here's an article that should explain everything.
Finding the Mass Planner folder
In case you don't know where you Mass Planner folder is located, just right click on the Mass Planner shortcut on your desktop or wherever you have it, choose properties, and in the window that shows up click on "Open File Location". It will open the Mass Planner folder.
In order to move your copy of Mass Planner all you need to do is copy-paste the whole Mass Planner folder from your old computer to the new one.
This is because all data is kept locally on that computer, it's not somewhere online or in any other place. So in order to access it somewhere else you need to move it there.
Issues and solves
While transferring via FTP if you don't do it the right way files might become corrupt and not work, so do this
Sometimes the Mass Planner folder might get too big and in this case it will take a long time to move everything. You can simply install a fresh copy of Mass Planner on the new computer and move only the following folders: CampaignData, CampaignImageData, CampaignVideosData. After you move it, run Mass Planner on the new computer and make sure everything is there before giving up or deleting the data on the old computer/VPS. NOTE: if you're using friend backup for facebook ,you might also want to get the friendsImages folder, though it might be quite big depending on how many friend you have for each account.
The MP folder got too big
This is not actually about moving it, but rather cleaning up the folders a little so it doesn't take that much space in case you don't have enough:
The cookies folder grows a lot over time. We added the "Delete cookies folder everyx" days option to Social profiles for this - just go and set it up so it deletes the folder every couple of days and it won't grow that much. Alternately you can manually delete it from time to time, but why bother if it can do it automatically for you?
Settings - Error/Backup - Keep a backup for the last x days - lower value there as backups take space on your computer. They are good to have, so don't make the value too small.
Delete campaigns to clear up images/videos, start by deleting posts from the history tab, but if you're not using that campaign anymore you can safely delete it, especially if you've posted a lot with it.
Go to Settings and enable "Don't save Embedded browser screenshots when errors occur (to save disk space)"
