Intel nuc boxnuc6cayh

Hi, there
I would like to buy miniPC like INTEL NUC BOXNUC6CAYH for Massplaner
I want to add 8 GB memmory. So, Is Intel Celeron J3455 good for 100-150 accounts?

seeing as this is a barebone system, after you add in the rest of the stuff, the cost comes close to a kaby lake pentium.

that NUC cost 160$. ram 60 storage 50 = 270

built this for you for the same price. more powerful.

cpu is too weak for 100-150 accounts…

https://www.cpubenchmark.net/cpu.php?cpu=Intel+Celeron+J3455+%40+1.50GHz

So,
Intel Pentium G4560 3.5GHz Dual-Core Processor is goog for 100- 200 accs?

What do you tink what CPU the best for 150-200 accs?
Not over price i7 plz.

It depends on so many things. get what you can afford and scale up. The bulk of your spending will be /wasted/ at accounts, proxies and sims. So don’t think, ok, i’m gonna get a PC and load 200 accounts in there and profit.

You should be starting off small, and scale up according to your ROI. Rent a vps for a start, load up your accs, then go up from there.

If you already had those 200 accs, you should be having a positive ROI, enough to cover the cost of what you’re going to buy to futher your venture.

Take a look at http://mpsocial.com/t/mega-list-of-cheap-vps-dedicated-servers/566

Worldstream 2600k prepaid for 1 year.

$25 x 12 months = 300$ Once you made back the profit after 1 year, then you can buy any type of rig you want. Like a dual xeon.

Hello fellow massplanners , I want to buy a mini pc for my massplanner to run 24 hours per day cause my current pc have a 750wat and the electricity bill will be high. So I was thinking to buy a mini pc with this hardware info:
CPU: Intel Celeron Processor N3000 to 1.04 GHZ (with turbo boost to 2.08 GHz).
SSD:60gb
Ram:RAM CORSAIR 8GB SO-DIMM DDR3L 1600MHZ PC3-12800
Input: AC 100-240v. Output: DC 19v, 2.1A.
GPU: Intel HD Graphics.
Windows 7 64-bit

I dont want to buy a vps. I use massplanner with 12 profiles and 1 proxie. Can massplanner run smoothly with this mini pc ?? Thanks a lot!!

The short answer. Nope.

No “mini pc” is going to be smooth. You can get very little accounts in there. 12, “maybe”.

Honestly, i dont know how powerful these minipc are. I treat them as a laptop equivalent and i hate dealing with laptops no matter how “modern” it is. It’s just too slow and overpriced.

I dont know what your price is for the minipc,

and a 750watt PSU does not take up 750watt at 100%, a modern 14nm CPU is going to eat up very little, even if you were to put a 1500watt PSU in there. Search online for power calculation.

So according to the rig i built on the site, the reason for a 400w PSU minimum is because that’s the min a PSU there is, but it’s not going to eat up 400w 24x7

Get a https://www.amazon.com/P3-International-P4460-Electricity-Monitor/dp/B000RGF29Q and test it on your rig.
