In this journey I will try to manage Instagram accounts for companies, but I will do it a little differently than the old fashioned way.
I won't contact the companies first and ask them to manage their accounts for them. What I will do is I will create an Instagram account for that company and grow it using their targeted audience.
In the link in the Instagram account bio I will use a shortened url to keep track of how many visits I sent to their website, so I can show them how many visits they got from my Instagram account for the last month for example and hopefully they will keep paying me a monthly fee to keep the account alive and promoting their business.
In the first test I have choose a company that has an Instagram account with +2500 followers:

I will contact them as soon as I have double of their current followers number. I'm not sure if they will agree to pay a monthly fee or not but it will be a really interesting journey. When they see that I got a lot more followers than they did and getting more everyday, they will know for sure that my marketing strategy is better than theirs.
I made sure to choose a company that is investing money in their business, this is a very important step. You really don't want to grow an account for a company that doesn't invest in their business. I searched for an IT company and checked its clients one by one until I found this one that I think is good.
I think I will charge between 200$ - 600$ / month to keep managing the account, if not I will change the name into a competing company in the same niche and the same targeted country and contact them instead.
