He probably got CLI-based bot which makes account, folllows exact 5 people (Selena Gomez, Chris Brown, Kim Kardashian and other two), then it uploades random images (image with little glitch), no tags, just description with hearths. It doesn’t follow people, just comments their uploads with "Visit my site InstaFame·com, sometimes chars are replaces by other fonts. He has thousands of accounts and he banks hard for sure.
