How do you guys deal with this?
I have been trying to get into IG lately… been buying accounts here and there… still haven’t got into it…
From what I have heard this error means i need to login via email?
I checked the email but there was no email from IG…

Have you tried logging in with your username?
It might mean that your account is disabled.
it can’t be disabled… it is my first login…
and it happened to me before also… but somebody said something here on the forum on how to fix it… i just cant find it anymore lol…
You will need to use your username not email to login.
Some accnts may have this problem , just seller copied from txt file to excel and forgot a letter or something.
