Should I scale my Instagram with proxies?

I’m using Instagram with my home IP and 3 accounts so far. Don’t wanna add more accounts.
I’ve found highproxies they also offer special Instagram Proxies…is that a good way?

I mean how can I create the accounts, cause I cant create more new accounts from my home IP?
How do I create them, from desktop with the proxies? Or is there a way to use mobile phone with the IG proxies just to create 3 new accounts for 1 IG proxy ?

Do u think all this can work? I already make good $ (5-7k) with twitter (mostly) /facebook/IG but never scaled it up on IG…
