# Any tips to do unfollow manually

You should not unfollow 200 users in one go… Start with 50 users per day, then increase it gradually… Whether your account will get block or not depends on your account’s trust score as well.

and make sure to do other stuff as well like scrolling the feed or liking pics…etc not just unfollowing users
