You can use Jarvee to schedule your posts to FB groups. I suggest posting to 10 groups per account and then over time you can increase it to 20 groups per account. I recommend using a couple of different post captions so that you avoid posting the same text over and over again. ---

For proxy you will need to use in most situation 4 g but it may work in some situation as well with ipv
