# DIFFICULT. Is there ANY way to know the email address I used to create my IG to recover it?

I created it almost 5 years ago, and it got disabled, I have tried almost EVERYTHING except for this form that asks me for the original email. Which I do not remember at all. It’ year’s work in there, feeling down

you’re referring to the support request form, right? i don’t think submitting it will work for a disabled account. you should keep submitting these two forms instead.
