# Get twitter reply tool to only reply to new tweets?

Hey I am trying to use the twitter reply tool to reply near instantly to new tweets only from specific accounts but it keeps replying to old tweets like, 17 hours old despite me setting "pick tweets less than (set to 1) hours old

How many times did you set the tool to run per day?  
Does the issue happen even when you keep the EB open? I’d try these:  
Open EB \> enlarge the EB size by dragging the bottom right corner of it \> restart the tool.

My suggestion is to contact their support regarding that matter and they will investigate your issue the fastest possible.

can you share a few screenshots of how you set the tool and some of the tweets that JV shouldn’t have retweeted? we need a better look at your settings
