I created a bunch of accounts years ago, added emails but never confirmed them on the Instagram Account itself. Are they still considered to be the OG E-Mail? I dont want to risk losing them later on… ---

I would say the OG one is the one you created it with or first added to it. aka original ---

If it has an email titled ‘Welcome to Instagram’ from the date the account was created, that is considered the OG email. When creating accounts - if you intend on changing the OG email - it’s useful to keep the login info of both emails saved. That way, in the event IG asks you to verify the original email, you’re not locked out of the account. OG email ≠ confirming account email on IG OG email = **Account creation email** WITH ‘Welcome to Instagram’ email from IG
