# How would I grow a Facebook Group in a new geographical location?

Dear MP Social Community,

I have a facebook group that I started in Los Angeles, called Cocktails for Causes. It is a DJ based philanthropic event series that has raised money from everything from cancer research, to hurricane relief, to youth mentoring programs.

I wish to re-invent the group and do it in a new geographical location, as we have moved from LA to San Juan, Puerto Rico.

Does anyone have an suggested FB strategies that I could employ to build my audience in Puerto Rico?

And/or how do I grow my facebook community in general, with out buying ads, as we are a non-profit?

I am new here, so any thoughts welcomed.
