You can try submitting the support request form from the phone you usually use to login to the account. [[MAY/JUNE 2020 FIX] "Help Us Confirm You Own This Account" [SOLUTION]](https://mpsocial.com/t/may-june-2020-fix-help-us-confirm-you-own-this-account-solution/108335/24) this method doesn’t seem to work on iPhone anymore.
