# Inside Look at TweetDM: CRM for X

This is something quite extraordinary I found recently — I had a client asking me if we could manage a few sales reps X/Twitter DMs and I originally told him no

But I did some more research and came up in TweetDM, which I have never heard of

And it’s a game changer because we can have multiple people inside the direct manager for profiles running sales ops on X.

Big deal for us.
