# Instagram DM'ing Issues

Hi guys,  
Anyone is experiencing while DM’ing, certain account can’t send website link but the certain account is able to send website link?

I realize some account DM icon is FB messenger Icon but some account DM icon is Instagram DM icon…

Do you mean the link is not clickable or did the link just not get included in the message? Are the accounts from EU?

Accounts not from E.U  
Thats weird…

yeah that will be the case in the next few months they will most likely remove that clickable link stuff they started with EU and then the rest.

We have been having this problem since last month. Unfortunately, there’s no solution to it yet. Maybe, the recipient of the message is from EU.
