# Instagram Phone numbers

Hey there so I have lost a few accounts because I didn’t have the correct phone number associated with the account even though I had the right email. How do you get around this as IG only lets you have 5 accounts to each phone number

What do you mean by “lost a few accounts”? Can you provide more info on your situation

why you want to do this? MP emulates phone app. you only ‘should’ have 5 per phone anyways…else asking for trouble.

For instance when I set them up they were on an old number and I didnt think to change them. Now I cant access them because it wants to only let me in if I give a code from my ph not email. Grrr.

You may Be able to bypass the phone verification with an email verification. I did this when my phone was stolen
