# Jarvee copy profile feature small problem

Hello there! whenever I have to add a new account I like to copy an old one with all the settings and then change username password, reset cookies, device id… but when I copy an account the accounts stats get copied too… is there a way to reset stats for a specific account?

I recommend you to contact their support and to check the issue with them. That’s the fastest way to resolve the issue.

Yes, you can go to Dashboard \> Statistics \> Tools \> enter the name of the account in the filter box \> click on Reset statistics for filtered accounts.

you can use the reset statistic button below for both tools and post tabs
