Someone asked today what's the best email provider to use for social media accounts creation, so I decided to share this neat little trick with all of you. Keep reading below to find out what is it about
Back in a while, I used one gmail email address to create multiple social accounts. This trick still works and you can create 100's of social profiles with just one email address.
Here's what you need to do:
Create one gmail address, for example, email@example.com
Now go to sign up page of social network that you want to create account on and fill the necessary info.
In email field enter:
and you will get confirmation email in inbox of firstname.lastname@example.org
So, when you add the dot (.) anywhere in your email, social networks see it as brand new email, but gmail will will forward this message to inbox of your email@example.com account.
You can use as many combinations as you want:
or you can even add something like this:
Whatever combination you use, gmail will always forward the confirmation/welcome email to your original email.
Just to be safe, when you get the confirmation email for each new account, don't click on confirmation link/button, just right click on it and copy the link, then paste it in your browser to confirm your account.
Of course, there's always a risk of getting caught by social networks if you use this, but sooner or later, we all get caught anyway, don't we?
