# Reactivating account

So I was thinking about reactivating my account soon. i deactivated about a month ago while I was in a different country but now i’m not in that country anymore. I read online that if you try reactivating in a different country then when you deactivated, instagram will think someone is hacking your account and it would be deleted. Is this true? I just want to make sure when I reactivate I won’t run into any issues.

Just make sure you have access to the creation email.

It won’t get deleted but you will likely need to verify through email/phone number. If you have all that info then your are good to go.
