Based on what factors does the user suggestions tool suggest users?

The tool itself only scrapes and shows you the accounts that Instagram suggest you to follow when you visit any other profile on IG. You can see suggestions when you login to your account via phone app, maybe even through EB, I’m not sure about that.

It’ll show you you “suggested users” to follow in EB.
