# What to do after the original Email died?

Good morning,  
I have some accounts that require Email Validation but the original Email they were created with are dead by now. What can i do to verify them with another mail adress?

Through jarvee even if i enter a new Email its trying to verify with the original one…  
Any ideas?

do you have phone number?if you dont have maybe you cant verify…😕

You mean through the EB? Yes and there is this page telling me to confirm my emailadress, or phone verify.
