I would just create them yourself. It will be faster, easier, and cheaper.

There are some account sellers in the marketplace but you have to be level 2 to get access.

1. Go to [Facebook.com](http://Facebook.com)
2. Click on the top right corner arrow drop down
3. Go to manage/create ads
4. Start creating facebook ads
