I know this isn’t the right place to post this but I just got massplanner and I dont really like it so I want to cancel my free trial but I really have no clue how to. http://www.massplanner.com/knowledgebase/cancelling-your-mass-planner-subscription/ this guide doesn’t work and I really don’t want to pay for this software.

Maybe you can explain why you don’t like it? It can be a little overwhelming in the beginning. But take it step by step and you will see the amazing possibilities of this piece of software.

Just cancel your paypal subscription if you created one and there’s nothing else you need to do. Also, as @dma0245 said, maybe we can help if you encountered any problems, we’re all quite friendly and here to help. Let us know more about what you wanted to achieve and what problems you encountered and we can talk more.
