Hi. Before one month I post to 14-19 groups ant get 500-1000 unique visitors per day from one acc to my web page. Now Im hard get ~200 unique visitors per day from 2 accounts posting to 19 groups. I get from facebook this error:
Better spintax and links will solve your problem. Plus set delay to 300+.

Use the search function and you will find very good guides to spintax on this forum 
Why not create additional 2 accounts and spam with those 4 accounts in 10 groups per account, instead with just 2 accounts in 19 groups?
That will be a safer approach. Also as @Khiem said, increase the posting delay and use the text sprintax.
P.S. Don’t forget to use additional account actions.
