Is it OK to use the same proxies that I’m currently using for instagram and start adding fb profiles to them to use in massplanner?

Are you sure they work on FB? Some proxy providers sell proxies only for one social network.
If you bought Mass Planner’s recommended proxies for Instagram then you won’t have troubles using them on any social network. I’m using their Instagram proxies for IG, FB and Pinterest with no issues at all.
