In my case, I start posting pics and hashtags almost immediately. I don’t see reason why not to post them. Just don’t overdo it. 3-4 pics per day are enough.
Regarding URL, I’m not posting it in captions or comments at all since links aren’t clickable there.
Just add something like “visit link in my bio”
