You have to test and see which works. Try on accounts you do not care about until you find the ones that work for you.

I have million username source,that i need to follow…i just add them in my main account following target?

I make my scrapers without any email, just PV.
It is better to use it with mail. Sooner or later, ask for confirmation by mail and it is best if you have access to your native mail. Then there will be a better chance that the scraper will live on

It’s easy to get a lot of mails with imap enabled for almost nothing.
Also you could also buy a domain and create mails

What for?) With the help of scrapers, I can see the performance from each source and play with filters and sources to improve the conversion rate.

Honestly if the ip is good most numbers work. Once in a while you may not get the code.
I use 1st world virgin ips with 3rd world country sms and they all verify.
I also don’t use jarvee to create though. I use a mobile setup so maybe thats why I don’t have issues

today my scraper acc get banned 3scraper…but for main account its normal valid. thats amazing…using main and scraper make my main acc not get any block…
but the problem is my scrape acc always get banned everyday…and today i get banned again. how to fix this problem? i buy scraper acc from publicmarketplace…and using proxy from ltespace.com

Thats the point of scrapers. Too take the risks you don’t want the main account to take.
Scrapers will eventually die. You can keep trying to bypass captcha and some will survive. Some won’t. The ip helps decide this a lot

i already follow.i get phone confirmation,then i order from smsactivate,1number rusian for 1day…and i get receive a code…then put the code. and then i get logout automaticly after confirmation, says instagram will back again in 24hour if my acc good…
for this issue.leave it or create another scraper acc? the number that i order for 1day,cant change?

That means the ip or sms were bad.
In my experience its mostly the proxy that controls whether the account will live or die. Most of mine will get a few captcha but pass. Eventually they die but not on their first hit.
Try a different proxy possibly
Your task is to take numbers with good prefixes again. If there is a bad number, you will kill the account. BUT if you pass the checkpoint with a good phone number, the account will continue to work and this time it will make more api requests. (After confirmation, you need to delete the phone number in your profile so that you can enter a new one at the next request)
i find the good path number…my acc is continue to the profile…
and i need to remove the phone number? but i check on my profile.the number is empty…should i leave it or ?
and if this acc get PV again.should i use put this with good prefix number / change with the new one with same prefix?

note : last night i use this prefix +7986 and my acc get back online.
and today i use the same prefix with different number,. but my acc get Review 24hour…
and today my other scrper acc get previx +7912 back to online…and the 2nd other scrpe acc use another number but same prefix +7912 get Review 24hour.
its not about the prefix. beecause i use same prefix and still get banned
In my experience in IG automation, I don’t think phone numbers is more important than the proxies you’re using… Is all about the IP… U register with good IP then you’re set to go… Make surely afterward the phone number you use must be good and not abuse (you have to test numbers… No choice) I use real sim card number and around 80% it’s good… With the same mobile IP but it’s rotating over time… I never succeed in creating accounts with email address without captcha and PV occurring… That’s just my luck 
Many people use IPv4 or IPv6 for scrapers… I’ve tried many different providers and most of them don’t last for a week and get BAN! You need mobile proxies for sure… Anyway that’s just my opinion… 
Why do you guys switch from EV to PV after the initial verification? Do phone verified account elicit a higher trust factor than emails?
