It’s easier to explain on example: fresh accounts - these are the accs that have been created and then immediately sold.
Those type of accs has simply no history of actions and no trust, while aged accs, due to its age and previous list of different actions have higher trust level from the social network by default.
The process of action with/by accounts is called as a warming process, other words, when your account start performing actions, that’s why aged accounts are called as pre-warmed
Accounts with media will be restocked a bit later this month
