I run an established Music Marketing Agency in Europe. We manage a roster of 100+ Urban Artists and work directly with Major Labels (Warner Music, Universal).
We are shifting our strategy from Ads to Organic Saturation. I have the clients and the content; I need a Technical Partner to operate the infrastructure.
The Model: Dedicated Fanbase Units
We operate on a strict “1 Client = 1 Dedicated Cluster” basis. For each artist we onboard, we require a dedicated setup of 20 physical phones.
Scope per Unit:
- 20 phones running 3 platforms each (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube Shorts)
- Total: 60 accounts per unit (20 per platform)
- The same content is distributed across all three platforms simultaneously
- I provide unique video files; your job is to ensure these 20 phones post daily to simulate a coordinated fanbase
Your Responsibilities
I am not looking for hardware rental. I need a Farm Operator capable of managing the full lifecycle:
- Account Creation and Setup: creating and warming up accounts with high trust scores
- Daily Management: uploading the content I provide to the designated accounts
- Health Monitoring: ensuring zero shadowbans and maintaining account integrity
- Human Emulation: running warm-up routines (scrolling, watching, liking) to preserve account longevity
Note: I will provide the proxies. Your role is purely operational.
What I Am Not Looking For
Do not contact me if:
- You sell fake engagement (likes/follows bots). I need content distribution.
- You use emulators or cloud phones. Physical devices only.
- Your setup has a high ban rate. We build long-term assets for major artists.
The Scaling Vision
We start with Music, but my network extends further. Once our Unit Model is stable, I have immediate access to onboard:
- Top Twitch Streamers for mass clipping distribution
- E-commerce Brands for UGC saturation
- Infopreneurs for omnipresence campaigns
We can scale from 1 Unit (20 phones) to 10+ Units (200+ phones) rapidly if your operations hold up.
The Deal
- My Contribution: high-ticket clients, professional content, strategy, and proxies
- Your Contribution: hardware and technical management
- Compensation: monthly base retainer covering your operations, plus profit share
