F/UF is not safe and it causes a lot of damage, but from the results that you showed me your account is safe, F/UF results of shadowban, or permanent ban. in SB you won’t get your account on any of the hashtags that you add, means you won’t get any links from hashtags or explore page. and since you have 88% not following you and got good results from a hashtag that means you are okay.
explore page has nothing to do with the hashtag. it depends on the receivers, not on you… When you tap to view your Instagram Explore page, it will look totally different than what may show up on your best friend’s explore page, because it’s specifically tailored to help you find new content that you’ll enjoy, based on what you already like to see on Instagram regardless of the hashtags on the post.
and since you are good using hashtags am not gonna talk about it.
so all you have to do now is to work on your content, do some activities on your account so people who like without following will now like and follow. make some collaborations with people, companies, other big pages, giveaways, or even ads. try to create a link between you and your followers.
instagram has dropped the %% of the followers who will see the post when you actually post it. besides a huge number of followers like your page might have a different time zone, IG activities, care about something else or els… so keep that in mind. i don’t think your account got affected by F/UF you are fine, good luck!
PS: F/UF gets you a lot of fake and ghost followers so you better check that.
Thanks for your feedback. I have few more questions. Now that you’ve mentioned about shadow ban, it Seems like my hashtag engagement is abnormal at only 0-8 from my insights.

what should I do to get unbanned?
what is your hashtag strategy? (I am currently using flick.tech to find least competitive & highest possible engagement)
If I’m shadow banned I don’t think my Hashtag research will be of any use.

How To Know If You Shadow-Banned?
Create a post with some small hashtags in the caption.
Search for these hashtags that you added (prefer from a mobile device).
At the top of each hashtag, you will find 2 options (1-Top / 2- recent).
Click on the recent option.
look for your post in that list, sometimes it takes 2-3 mins so keep refreshing
if you find your post added to one of the hashtags then you are not shadow-banned.
if you can’t find you post to any of the hashtags you added to your posts, your account is definitely shadow-banned.

good good, i get main 5 hashtags and i change the rest, dig deeper in the niche like ( photographer, would be main, New York photographer or wedding photographer or lens bible would be where i dig in and change around them.
usually use 3 levels keeping in mind least competitive & highest possible engagement just like you
Just wanted to note that even the recent tab on hashtags is curated by the algorithm, it’s not showing every post made nor is it showing the same posts for all accounts.

well, that means you should focus more on your hashtag research, content, caption, timing, and interact more with your audience and you will be just fine am sure of that.
i see what you saying, but i disagree, Shadow-ban is real my friend, i got shadow banned before so i know what I am talking about…
when you get no results from your hashtags and your engagement drops dramatically to the ground, with the same quality of content, when you go from 3500like normally per day to 100 that means there is something wrong!!
and it really crippled me for about 5-6 weeks before i got back on track, so i really do know what it means to be shadow-banned, but i admit i was doing some wrong stuff on my page.
i don’t think instagram would let you post now if you have any blocked hashtags on you, and tiddies will be deleted with a warning but won’t get you shadowbanned.
and i agree this " The shadowban only gets mentioned so often because people can’t take the hint when their insights tell them their content isn’t competitive enough." people some times take it as a reason for their bad content or bad work, but that does not mean that SB is not real.
I am testing 2-3 accounts on JV. all of them with 4g private phone proxy that i am using.
I am following 6-10 people and get blocked for few hours… WTF…
Have you got these shadowbanned hashtags for your clients’ accounts?
If it is yes, log out from the software or your phone for some days and take some rest. I had a similar problem and solved it in that way.
If you have this problem for your own accounts, check all of your hashtags used in your posts - detect the banned ones and remove them by editing posts.
