you should start all the ads via business manager on facebook. what’s your budget? Your targeting is the most important thing, facebook do it automatically for you once people starts engage with your ads.
That’s probably my first mistake. I used my phone and had very few options with which to target I used location age gender and interests. Ill use business manager this time. My budget is about 100 for Facebook 100 for instagram 100 for YouTube. Will this get me anywhere ?
I think you should invest all 300 in a good ads on ig stories with download option.
with hq targeting you should reach maybe 5/10 $ per download

With Video ads.

There are tools in Jarvee you can use to scrape suggested users and the ER is within the information if you select ‘Filter by Engagement’.
