What proxy to choose instead of highproxies?

Hi,everyone
I am finding proxy and saw there are some people recommended highproxies
I placed an order,but failed for payment, their support said that because i am using vpn to login
But if i don’t use vpn,i can not open their site,I noticed them this issue,but Seems they don’t care about my orders

Is there any other providers can try?
