[WTB] Budget proxies to run Instagram accounts

Hey guys, what proxies i could use to run instagram accounts with an automation tool?

I want to run mostly my friends accounts , just for fun, to bring them so followers, so i cannot afford paying 50-80$ per / 4G proxy.

Also, i want to run some other accounts just for messaging mass dms etc, also cant use like 2-5 accounts per 1 4G , its too expensive.

Only for my best clients i can use 4G.

So any alternatives-cheaper proxies to run lower budget accounts or my friends accounts that i run for fun?
