I got scammed and the email from the ig account got changed on the 13.07. Got Email Access back, but the email on the instagram account is different and also the number. Can’t get access to the instagram account.

Do you get redirected to the Help Centre when you click on ‘need more help’?

You can try logging it in from an entirely different device and see if the form will pop up there.

One MPsocial user also wrote an email to security@mail.instagram .com, you can try it too and see how it goes.
