As we known, there are many differenct proxy types, to verify whether it is safe, you can access https://sss.datafiddle.net/api/v1/reqinfo with your proxy to see the request headers, if the headers includes your real ip or any proxy related word, it is not safe, otherwise it is safe.

Yeaah Its great. I would also use a tool which could determine the trust score of my datacenter Proxy.

There are other factors to check, more importantly, if the subnets of the IP are abused or not.
