yes, fake email+ dedicated data center proxy+ fresh google chrome and create, and later i verify the account with a real email after the creation.

did you try today because i heard that instagram blocked creating instgram account with e-mails ?
You need to use anonymous browser that leave no traces & generate new fingerprints. If you have bad proxies you’ll also need a phone to create the accounts.
That is not correct

instagram blocked some countries’ lte ip addresses for about 1 month ago. these blocked subnets can not create accounts with emails. you can not create an account with a brand new mobile phone. That’s why this is not related to fingerprinting.
