Sorry to hear you have the same âissueâ. I just checked a popular âadult movieâ-model-account, and her acc. is still online (even though she is posting every now and then underwear-pics):
So as said, maybe your acc. was just hit by a âbugâ or was banned after some foolish people have reported it. Follow the steps as described above and you should be fineâŠ

Sounds like a combo ban. They banned you for shouts basically. Competitor maybe? Have they warned you before as they mentioned?

No I didnât receive a warning before I got deactivated and I havenât did shout outs since beginning of December.
Do any of those reasons listed apply for any reason at all? Just keep appealing.

Could be. There are always some âvery conservativeâ people out there who feel offended even by bikini pictures. Dont give up. Many people (including me) got their acc. re-activitated.
Btw, if you are the one in the profile pic, there are many fake acc.s of you still online that showsâŠcough,cough⊠some âadult photosâ. 
Irony is when IG bans the acc. of the copyright owner A who is not showing any nude pics and AT THE SAME TIME fake acc.s with nude pics of A are still online.

You didnât mention you were a porn actress beforehand lol. You might want to request your fake accounts to get disabled. Often, this eventually will lead you to getting verified and make it harder to get banned in the future. That depends how much fake accounts there are though. If itâs just one or two it wonât make much of a difference.

Everyone comes here banned and said they did nothing wrong. I am not here to bash what she does for a living, but having such a controversial account that is ALSO doing shoutouts etc (as stated by OP and by Instagram) is a sure fire way to get disabled.
Hell. I had a fucking meme page without even a boob on it and it was disabled. It was only a test account with 20k followers so I donât care, but the point is everyone has a story that comes out in the end.
Another way to protect that account is to have it hidden and you can share more risqué material without worrying about overly conservative people reporting you.
Instagram model = Porn Star
Instagram millionaire = some dude with $20 in his pocket.
âIâm famous on Instagramâ = someone with 2k followers, following 7,500 people and a meme page

To clarify your point more here are some of the most influential models on the platform.

The models who do Instagram and then crack out the nudes are masterminds to be honest. If I had boobs to wave around consider me signed up. Usually unless you work for a modeling agency, itâs safe to assume they have nudes floating around.
My question to you is why do shoutouts? Sell posters, sell calendars. If you have 800k you will sell them. That is if you actually have real followers which engage.
EDIT: and what do you even promote? If itâs things like fit tea just look at AnaCheriâs profile. She barely says she is promoting anything. Shoutouts dont have to say, GO FOLLOW THIS GUY for sick content.

Instagram is run by prudes who censor. They also want the monies. I hate to say that to Instagram there is a difference between a playboy bunny and an Instagram model, but I wouldnât be shocked if Instagram had a team just handle the two. The platform is made for selling. Ever celeb has a link in their bio selling something. But I think big and controversial accounts selling shoutouts goes against st their moral, ethics, and money, codes.

Everything these days is censored. It comes down to, well do you risk it or not. If you want to make money then you have to take that risk and as we all know, this is true. Hell, did you hear about some parent suing the school for playing musical chairs? Apparently it isnât fair to each student. Everyoneâs soft nowadays.
Relating to this girl, your a porn actress. Most likely people know you are a porn actress. You need to get your account back and maybe next week do it again. Welcome to instagram. Snowflakes are everywhere.
