Sometimes this is caused by bad proxies. Have her login and check login activity (from which cities her account shows she logged in.)
Sometimes you’ll notice strange locations. The proxy provider says it’s a Houston IP, but Instagram says the account is in Buffalo NY or Vancouver, Canada.
Found that all providers have this happen. Even had a very reputable provider that sells IPs:/proxies from GA up to North Carolina, and social media platforms show somewhere in Germany.
