Account temp blocked when client logs in

I noticed that after the shitload happend on IG now most of my accounts are growing fine. Not crazy numbers as used to but ok.

I noticed that the accounts I manage in which the client never logs in, are growing fine.
But the accounts in which the clients logs in sometimes are getting blocks.

As soon as the clients logsin from his mobile, he starts to get some blocks, requests of password changes and so on.

Any idea how to manage this? Can a solution be automating while the client sleeps and let him access IG only in certain hours?

try do night mode at night when he sleeps.

I think it is fine if the client is logged, you must tell them to not perform so many actions on their devices and ideally with some time interval between these actions.

Do you think it would be better of they perform actions and we put J on pause while they perform?

Thats for sure, this would be the ideal. If you are able to convince them, definetily go for it. If not, as i told you on my previous message, tell them to perform the minimum actions needed.

Take in consideration that people dont know about our blocks and some of them are so greedy, they follow/like by themselves to grow even more

Another thing that use to create issues is when they are using third apps, like the typical which tell them how unfollowed them, tell them to dont use any third app.

I think the issue is about performing several actions from different locations (within a short timeframe), that might trigger blocks.

It also means they don’t like marketer who manage their profile instead of paying for their ads :stuck_out_tongue:

But hey @Isedo , asking for changing password is not a block, it’s about security, I also got that, may be many got that, but it’s not to worry about it. Once Instagram know that you’ve two device to access same account, then it will not ask for more verification like that. But if you change the device ID from J or your client is changing their device, then it might cause some problem.

also try asking them to remove the location from the app, so IG cant see where theyre logging in from

This always a good things, on EB you can go to Login Activity and remove old connections to the account, it seems it help, just leave Client Connection and your current one :slightly_smiling_face:

how do you remove all conections?, i see it says to log out from previous sessions, the it ask to change password if it was not you. do you mean to log out from previous sessions?

You should leave the one from your current session in Jarvee and the one from the Client, this one you ll have to deduct this last one. The other ones you can remove them without changing password.
