Well I spoke too soon guys!. Been praising myself for having zero issues for other six months and one of my personal accounts get hit.
I stupidly used a chrome extension to download some photos and forgot my personal account was logged in. A few minutes later I was locked out.
My issue is the email listed is not my email and have no idea what it could be. I created the account myself.
The code is not getting sent to my phone on any device either. I can change the password and it will send the link to my phone but when I try to unlock it, it doesn’t work. No code.
Ive been spamming the report issue via another account and have done the id thing but changing the username (as its not disabled yet) and stating my case.
Its still logged into creator story and when I try open in fb ads it says I do not have permission.
Are there any other tips guys? I have done no automation, no different growth strategies, nothing on this account until that stupid chrome extension.
I sent in the ID thing and go no reply, then spammed the report a bug on a different account and then kept trying to get code. Did it over 100 times over 24 hours and finally it sent.
So, I am in and it works again. changed my mobile, email and linked to facebook. Definitely not using my accounts with 3rd party stuff anymore
That’s great! Do you finally know what email attached to the account? It’s weird that IG showed you an email that couldn’t be recognized on the verification page,
Yeah, I saw the email and it was a very old one that I couldn’t remember the password for. The issue was that the email is very long and what IG showed was about 8 characters so I didn’t think of that email.
yes, you did well when you spammed the report that I always recommend but users lose hope easily and give up, well, glad to hear that you solved the issue.
