Can I market/promote/buy ads to advertise my own profile with what I sell, or is it strictly to pages only?
how is that going to work? do you want to advertise your profile as an ad on pages or what? can you explain more?
In general, Facebook states that you shouldn’t use your profile to represent something other than yourself (example: your business). You can check that info here: https://bit.ly/3d98GPC
Hence it wouldn’t make sense to allow advertising of your personal profile. However, there are other ways to use your personal profile to promote your business, without using facebook ads - but probably will not be effective as when using ads.
