After how long do you do follow-up message?

Hello guys,

When sellling something via Instagram and getting more customers via promotions, when people contact you and you answer them and then they don’t answer back, just leave seen, do you do follow up message and after how long?

I have some experience with follow up message just by doing this:
After one day (i dont leave for two or more days since customers usually get cold about your offer if you wait for two days or more), i just unsend previous message, and send the same one again, it did gave some results, but maybe 5-10% more then if i didnt do anything, so do you have your own “tricks and tips” and how you do it?

Ive heard of some people sending a simple emoji :blush:

I usually send a question mark but I’m a bit more blunt than most lol

Usually after 24-48 hours.

Have you ever gotten negative responses from users who saw both your 1st DM and 2nd DM? I think sending an emoji or a follow-up message would be much better than unsending the DM, then sending the same DM again.
