My question is when growing account , is it better to first do f/uf let it grow a certain amount get good engagement from own followers , that way small hashtags that will be used will still have a bigger (avg likes) needed to rank on them but at least they will be active and used from bigger accs ,so i can stop using the useless ones that will provide me no traffic
