Analyzing data in EXCEL (copy-paste)

Hey! I just wanted to ask you guys something about excel.

I am doing an analysis of one of my instagram accounts by doing this:

  1. Exporting data from MassPlanner
  2. Putting on excel
  3. Deleting unnecessary columns
  4. Making formulas (how many profiles, private or not, post count and many others)
  5. And making tables and graphs.

It takes me good 20 minutes to analyse instagram account fully.

The question is: is it possible to save it as template, copy-paste exported data from MP to the excel and it will automatically prepare everything (tables, graphs) regarding the previous work.

Is it possible?

Of course. Delete the old data. Paste the new data. Make sure you change the selected data range for your pivot table(s) to account for any change in the number of rows in the table.

What are the steps to take for exporting data into an Excel spreadsheet? Iā€™m trying to find a way to extract data because our company needs it to provide information for testimonials and informative presentations for Business-to-Business and Business-to-Customer.

Copy-paste could be a less effective way to get the data into excel.
Maybe you could try to use a tool to Extract Data from Website to Excel Automatically (Tutorial 2020)
