Does anyone have any tips to grow your followers fast with a method that your using
I guess almost everyone is using the follow-unfollow method. The think you should be asking about the follow-unfollow is how to target better users that are active and real humans - there are a few threads on the forum for this, just use the search funtion ( for example this one might help )
If you want to spend some cash and you want it even faster you can buy some shoutouts from accounts in the same niche as you that do this thing. Usually people that are open to shoutous leave a way to get in touch with them in their bio.

I would personally say don’t rush, especially if they’re new accounts. Take your time and you’ll gain better followers over time.
