That is the error thrown by that website whatismyip.org because you use it way too often, use other ip checker website
Its not that. It has a proxy error too 
This is on a home dongle setup? Or are you buying the proxies from someone?
how many accounts are you runing on this 4g proxy ?
maybe your proxy supplier limited the accounts per proxy to 5:1
you should check the limitation of the ip’s with your proxy provider
if your proxie is ipv6, hide the source ip and that’s why it’s the error because you can’t get any information
