Hey guys,
Lately I’ve been testing different approaches to grow a few small X (Twitter) accounts, and automation has been surprisingly effective when done carefully.
Here’s what I noticed:
- Scheduling tweets in advance keeps the account active even when I’m offline.
- Light auto-engagement (likes/retweets within my niche) seems to boost visibility.
- Even small things like auto-replies or DMs (when not overdone) help keep conversations alive.
The key, from my experience, is moderation. If you push too hard with automation, you’ll likely trigger restrictions. But used in a balanced way, it can save hours of manual work while still keeping things organic.
I’ve been experimenting with a tool that handles these tasks pretty well, and so far the results have been promising. If anyone’s curious about the setup or the tool I’m using (Trustpots), I’m happy to share more details.
What’s everyone else’s take on automation for X? Do you think it’s worth the risk, or do you prefer to keep everything 100% manual?
