So I am uploading Reels and checking the Hashtags afterwards and can’t see my reel in that hastag. Does this mean that I am shadowbanned? But even without seeing them in Hashtags they are getting up to 5-10 k or even more views sometimes.

Is Reels already available in your country (do you have an option to publish a reel from the IG app)? If not, then you can only see your reels when you go to your own profile.
yes if you already have Reels working on your contry and you don’t see them on the hash then it could be a shadowban and it should be removed soon just keep posting normaly, IG shadow ban don’t last much
