Are services like social envy, illegal?

I’m asking because I’m somewhat interested in created a very small scale version of this (25-50) clients where I will build their accounts.

Was going to create a website for billing and account signup.

I just don’t want instagram coming after me, but being that small I feel like I would be under the radar anyways.

What are all your thoughts? Thank you very much.

illegal is not the correct term. and you are not the creator of the service, so why should you worry? if you think it’s like torrent, the answer is no.

It’s not “illegal” - its just against the Terms Of Service aka the TOS agreement that you “agree” to by default when you join a platform like Instagram. Failure to comply with the TOS is justification to remove you from the platform and delete your account.
